Create your account, add your order and use the checkout process. Then schedule your pick-up date and time frame. Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you.

On pick-up day, you’ll get your FREE laundry bags to separate your laundry & dry cleaning. Just in case, we’ll remind you the night before & again on the day of your service to make sure you don’t forget.

When your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location.

Not Home?

No problem! You’ll be updated with photos. If you won’t be home for your first pickup, you can leave your laundry in other bags or hampers that we will return with your clean clothes.

WASH AND FOLD

Wash & fold are garments that gets treated like regular laundry – washed, dried, and folded. There are 3 size of bags to choose from including a Delicate option.

DRY CLEAN

Dry cleaning is the process to wash without the use of water and reserved for your most delicate garments.

HOUSEHOLD Wash or DRY CLEANING

Household items such as comforters, duvets, blankets, rugs, curtains, and more are best for this choice of cleaning.

  • What should you expect from your first order?
    No worries; this whole pick-up and delivery laundry concept is new. We’re here to help, on your first order just simply put our laundry in a regular size garbage bag and we will transfer it to the appropriate sized bag. If you would like a Delicate bag please separate these garments in another bag. All bags are yours to keep for any future orders.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our flat-rate wash & fold laundry pricing makes it easy. No more hassle and sticker shock of per pound pricing. Stuff it full; it doesn’t change the price! With that, we have a $45 bag & a $60 bag for regular wash & fold laundry. We offer a Delicates Bag for $25. The Delicates Bag is for your wash & fold garments that need gentle wash and low-temperature or air dry. For some people, it’s a few pairs of their favorite jeans. For others, it’s workout gear and leggings. Dry cleaning & launder-press garments are priced per piece.
  • How do the bags work?
    With your first order, you will be provided bag(s) for your wash and fold garments. Additionally, you can request one of our new Delicates Bags for your delicate laundry.
  • Do you offer next-day service?
    Yes! We offer next-day delivery for wash & fold laundry orders for an additional $10.
  • What you should look for in a delivery laundry service?
    It’s important to know who is doing your laundry! While you might not care who is delivering your pizza, you should care who is doing your laundry. With the rise of middle-man apps that pair you with the closest or cheapest service provider, you have no idea who is picking up, cleaning, and delivering your clothes. And, this likely changes order-to-order – sometimes even being sent to individuals to wash at their home instead of a professional company operating in a professional laundry facility. At All Klean Wash-n-Fold, we’re real people doing real laundry – really well. We’re a laundry service you can trust because we really care about your laundry.
  • What is your User Agreement?
    1. User Agreement In creating an account, you agree to: (a) review the pricing (https://www.AllKleanLaundry.com/pricing) to be charged for your use of the services; and (b) authorize All Klean Wash-n-Fold and its affiliates to charge your card for any and all fees incurred by your use of service: and (c) laundry will not be delivered if orders are not paid. All Klean Wash-n-Fold reserves the right to hold back deliveries until there is payment for services rendered. ​ 2. User Contact Consent You agree that All Klean Wash-n-Fold may contact you by automated text messages, emails, and customer support phone calls with information about the services and your account. ​ 3. Damaged Items Damaged items rarely occur. Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. While we are very cautious to treat all garments carefully, we cannot always guarantee against color loss, bleeding or shrinkage of garments. ​ Claims must be reported to All Klean Wash-n-Fold within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after the delivery will not be considered. All Klean Wash-n-Fold does not take responsibility for any loose items causing damage when submitted in a All Klean Wash-n-Fold bag, such as lipstick, pens, and lighters. ​ 3.1 Damaged Dry Cleaning/Launder Press: For any dry cleaning/launder-press items deemed damaged, All Klean Wash-n-Fold may reimburse you by either: crediting your account up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment or refunding your account up to six (6) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment 3.2 Damaged Wash & Fold:For any wash & fold items deemed damaged, All Klean Wash-n-Fold may reimburse you by either: crediting your account up to three (3) times the charge for cleaning the item (as determined by total flat-rate bag subtotal) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment(s). refunding your account up to two (2) times the charge for cleaning the item (as determined by total flat-rate bag subtotal) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment(s). 4. Lost Items There is an inherent risk in sending garments for cleaning and there is potential for these garments to get lost. All Klean Wash-n-Fold has implemented measures designed to prevent the situations of lost items from happening, but All Klean Wash-n-Fold cannot guarantee that such situations will never happen. ​ Any lost item must be reported within 7 days of the delivery of the garments. Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after the delivery will not be considered. ​ All Klean Wash-n-Fold does not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a All Klean Wash-n-Fold bag, such as watches, jewelry, Airpods, or cufflinks. 4.1 Lost Dry Cleaning/Launder Press Items: For any dry cleaning/launder-press items deemed lost by All Klean Wash-n-Fold, All Klean Wash-n-Fold may reimburse you by either: crediting your account up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment or refunding your account up to six (6) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment 4.2 Lost Wash & Fold: For any wash & fold items deemed lost by All Klean Wash-n-Fold, All Klean Wash-n-Fold may reimburse you by either: crediting your account up to three (3) times the charge for cleaning the item (as determined by total flat-rate bag subtotal) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment(s). refunding your account up to two (2) times the charge for cleaning the item (as determined by total flat-rate bag subtotal) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment(s). 5. Delivery All Klean Wash-n-Fold allows customers to leave orders outside residences or with a doorman, provided the customer gives scheduling consent. However, once delivery has been made, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any items. All pickups & deliveries are photographed when left outside residences. ​ 6. Pricing & Fees All pricing is listed at www.AllKleanLaundry.com/pricing. As stated, All Klean Wash-n-Fold reserves the right to charge for 1) Missed Pickups ($15) in the event that a pickup is missed by the customer and 2) Sanitization ($10) on orders that are collected with excessive bodily fluid or animal fur. All other order upgrades are selected and agreed to by the customer when placing an order. ​ 6.1 Unpaid Bills: If we retry and are not able to successfully charge the payment method you have on file, we will temporarily block your account from scheduling new orders until your payment information has been updated and your unpaid balance has been settled. We will then send you regular notifications, reminding you to update your payment information. If we are unable to receive compensation within 2 months of your clothes being delivered, we reserve the right to then transfer the uncollected balance to a collections agency. ​ Last Modified: March 21, 2022
